Buyer Safety

PassBazaar connects you with sellers. You complete the transaction directly with them, so please stay alert.

• Check the seller. Look at their verification badges, member-since date and number of listings.
• Check the ticket. Ask for details and confirm the event, date, pass type and seat or zone.
• Check transferability. Read the organiser's transfer policy. Prefer the official transfer feature in the ticketing app where one exists.
• Never share an OTP with anyone, for any reason.
• Don't pay blindly. Avoid paying the full amount upfront to strangers. Prefer handover-then-pay, or official transfer followed by payment.
• Be cautious of unusually low prices and of pressure to "pay now".
• Meet safely in busy public places for physical handovers.
• Keep records of chats, payment references and transfer confirmations.
• Report suspicious listings using the Report button. We review every report.
